Music Submission Disclaimer

1. General: By submitting music to Dilemaradio, you agree to the terms of this Liability Disclaimer. Dilemaradio reserves the right to update this Liability Disclaimer at any time without notice to you.

   Explanation: By submitting your music, you accept these rules. Dilemaradio can change these rules anytime without telling you first.

   Example: If Dilemaradio changes the submission process next month, you’re still agreeing to those new terms even if you didn’t get a direct notification.

2. No Guarantee of Airplay: Dilemaradio does not guarantee that any music submitted will be played on our radio station. The decision to play a particular song is at the sole discretion of Dilemaradio.

   Explanation: Sending in your music doesn’t mean it will definitely be played. Dilemaradio decides what gets played.

   Example: Even if you pay the submission fee, your song might not be aired if it doesn’t fit the station’s playlist.

3. Submission Fee: The submission fee is non-refundable and covers the cost of the time and resources used to review the music. Paying the submission fee does not guarantee that your music will be played on our radio station.

   Explanation: The fee you pay is to review your music, not to guarantee it will be played. This fee cannot be refunded.

   Example: You pay the fee, Dilemaradio listens to your track, but decides not to play it. You won’t get your money back.

4. No Liability for Rejection: Dilemaradio will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, that result from the rejection of any music submission.

   Explanation: If your music is rejected, Dilemaradio isn’t responsible for any negative consequences you might experience.

   Example: If not getting your song played causes you to lose a potential deal or fanbase, Dilemaradio isn’t liable.

5. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dilemaradio, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of or attributable to any breach of this Agreement by you.

   Explanation: If you break this agreement and it causes problems, you must cover any costs or legal fees Dilemaradio faces because of it.

   Example: If you submit a song you don’t have the rights to, and it causes a legal issue, you have to pay for any legal costs Dilemaradio incurs.

6. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dilemaradio operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

   Explanation: This agreement follows the laws where Dilemaradio is based.

   Example: If there’s a legal dispute, it will be resolved according to the laws of Dilemaradio’s location.

By submitting your music to Dilemaradio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Liability Disclaimer.
