Music Submission Disclaimer

1. General: By submitting music to Dilemaradio, you agree to the terms of this Liability Disclaimer. Dilemaradio reserves the right to update this Liability Disclaimer at any time without notice to you.
2. No Guarantee of Airplay: Dilemaradio does not guarantee that any music submitted will be played on our radio station. The decision to play a particular song is at the sole discretion of Dilemaradio.
3. Submission Fee: The submission fee is non-refundable and covers the cost of the time and resources used to review the music. Paying the submission fee does not guarantee that your music will be played on our radio station.
4. No Liability for Rejection: Dilemaradio will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, that result from the rejection of any music submission.
5. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dilemaradio, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of or attributable to any breach of this Agreement by you.
6. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dilemaradio operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

By submitting your music to Dilemaradio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Liability Disclaimer.
