T.I. and Tiny Harris Lawsuit Reveals Alarming Sexual Assault Accusations

Rapper T.I. and his wife, Tiny Harris, are facing serious accusations of drugging and sexually assaulting a woman in a Los Angeles hotel room back in 2005. The lawsuit, which includes charges of human trafficking, forced drugging, kidnapping, rape, and intimidation, spans across two states – California and Georgia.

This latest legal battle adds to the growing list of lawsuits within the entertainment industry, raising concerns about a troubling trend. The plaintiff, filed anonymously as Jane Doe, alleges that she was drugged in a nightclub before being sexually assaulted in the couple's hotel room.

The rapper has spoken out about these allegations made he said the following: “On the heels of positivity, negativity always rears its ugly head. This plaintiff has been threatening to file this lawsuit for three years. For three years, we have emphatically and categorically denied these allegations. For three years we have maintained our innocence and refused to pay these extortionate demands for things we didn't do. For three years, we've maintained the same position while the claims in this story have changed time and time again. Our position is clear… We are innocent of these fake claims, we will not be shaken down, and we look forward to our day in court.”

Serious accusations, including human trafficking, forced drugging, kidnapping, rape, and intimidation, are part of the lawsuit. The legal proceedings extend to California and Georgia, highlighting the gravity and intricacy of the claims.

According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff, an enlisted U.S. Air Force member stationed in L.A. in 2005, attended a party at the late rapper Coolio's home, where she met a person named “Caviar,” allegedly working for T.I. and Tiny. The events unfolded when T.I. and Tiny invited her and her friend to a nightclub the next night.

The lawsuit details the evening, including allegations that Tiny handed her a drink at the nightclub, leading to feeling lightheaded and dizzy later on. The situation escalated when they all ended up in a hotel room, and the plaintiff claimed to have been sexually assaulted by both T.I. and Tiny.

T.I.'s defense asserts that the claims are false, highlighting the changing nature of the allegations over the past three years. The lawsuit describes disturbing details of the assault, including T.I. penetrating the plaintiff with his toe, while she struggled to resist.

The plaintiff is suing the couple for sexual battery, assault, negligence, and false imprisonment. Notably, the lawsuit is filed under California's Sexual Abuse and Cover-Up Accountability Act, allowing a year-long window for revival due to the statute of limitations.
