Dilemaradio offers banner advertising services on its website, [dilemaradio.com/promote/], with various ad slots available for purchase. These services allow you to display your banner advertisements to our audience.

3. Advertising Campaign Duration and Changes

You can purchase banner advertising campaigns for various durations. As a special bonus, when you commit to a campaign of 3 months or longer, you’ll receive a complimentary 20-second radio advertisement produced and aired by Dilemaradio, further amplifying your reach and impact! Please note that once your campaign goes live, neither the banner ads nor the radio ad can be changed. We will contact you via email within 2 business days of your purchase to schedule a consultation to discuss your radio ad requirements.  

4. Fixed Pricing

Our advertising rates are fixed and clearly displayed on our website. We do not use complicated metrics or performance-based pricing.

5. Payment and Refunds

Full payment for your advertising campaign is required at the time of order placement. If you order and pay for a campaign but it has not yet gone live, you may request a refund within seven days of your purchase date. However, once your campaign is live, no refunds will be issued.

6. Liability and Legal Protection

Dilemaradio maintains comprehensive liability insurance and adheres to all applicable laws and regulations regarding online advertising. We strive to provide a safe and legally compliant platform for our advertisers.

7. Content and Material

You are solely responsible for the content and material displayed in your banner advertisements. All ad content must comply with our advertising guidelines and all applicable laws and regulations. Dilemaradio reserves the right to refuse or remove any advertisement that it deems inappropriate or in violation of these Terms. Unacceptable content includes, but is not limited to, content that is offensive, discriminatory, promotes illegal activities, or infringes on intellectual property rights. You will be responsible, at your own cost and expense, for obtaining all clearances, authorizations, permissions, licenses, and releases from third parties necessary for Dilemaradio to distribute the Advertiser Content. This includes clearances for any creative elements appearing in the ad content, such as photos, video footage, music, trademarks, and rights of publicity.  

8. Intellectual Property

You retain all intellectual property rights to the content and material used in your banner advertisements. By submitting your advertisements to Dilemaradio, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your ad content for the purpose of fulfilling our advertising services.

9. Disclaimer

Dilemaradio makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the effectiveness of your banner advertising campaigns. We do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from your use of our advertising services.

10. Termination

Dilemaradio may terminate your advertising campaign at any time for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms or our advertising guidelines. In the event of termination, you will be responsible for any outstanding fees incurred up to the termination date.

11. Governing Law
