Palm Beach County, FL – Daniel Hernandez, widely recognized by his stage name 6ix9ine, found himself in legal trouble once again as he was arrested on Wednesday night, August 9, (2023), in Palm Beach County. The rainbow-haired rapper was booked on charges of failure to appear after skipping a court hearing related to a series of traffic violations.

The arrest, which took place late in the evening, raised eyebrows and questions about 's ongoing legal entanglements. The controversial rapper was released from custody approximately three hours later, after posting a $2000 bond.
