Juice Cannon has been deeply embedded in the music industry for years, describing himself as a veteran in the scene. He first gained significant recognition in 2017 with his track Naija Girls, an Afrobeat song from his tape SugarWater. However, it wasn’t until 2020, during the pandemic, that his career saw another major boost with Treesha, a collaboration with Billy B, a well-known figure in the New York music scene.

The momentum continued into 2021 with “Amapiano”, a song that nearly secured him a record deal. Unfortunately, health issues forced him to step back. Juice Cannon revealed that he suffered from an autoimmune disease affecting his liver, which left him unable to eat and significantly weakened. Despite this setback, he made a strong recovery and is now back in full force.
