Tik Tok Comedian Huey Haha passes away at age 22

The 22-year-old comedian and actor Huey Haha died on Monday 25 October at 2:26 p.m. Pacific Time.

First responders tried to save the 22-year-old but were unsuccessful after being called to the home in Sacramento, California.

The news was first reported by the Instagram account “Jackfoort” which was the first to break the news with an elaborate post that Huey had committed suicide.

Several sources close to Huey’s family confirmed that Huey took his own life from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Apparently, Huey struggled with mental health issues.

Tributes are flooding in across Tik Tok and other social media platforms today in honor of comedian and content creator Huey Haha.

Huey first appeared on the digital scene in 2019. Gaining nearly 450K subscribers on youtube and more than 200K on Instagram.

Since his passing was announced on Wednesday Huey’s Tik Tok account has been deleted.

Fans were shocked when a post uploaded to his Instagram on Wednesday morning announced that Huey passed away.

The post reads: “Rest in Peace to Huey Ha. He loved and appreciated every single one of his supporters”

A GoFundMe campaign was started by one of Huey’s longtime friends named “Coby Jdn” to raise money for funeral costs and to support Huey’s 2-year-old daughter, Princess.

As of Thursday morning, the fundraiser has generated over 33k in donations, way surpassing the original 15K goal.

Rapper Mozzy wrote on Instagram that he would cover the funeral costs.

Coby Jdn who organizes the GoFundMe for the funeral expenses shared a tribute to his best friend Huey Ha:

“We always hated comedy cuz all people see is laughs, not what we hadda do or go through, they already took the fun out the comedy but now it’s not gon be the same without you.”
