After a session of training, shows off his boxing skills

Rick Ross‘ favorite workout is boxing, and he just returned to the gym for another round.

The Rich Forever rapper took to social media on Wednesday when he finished his boxing training at the gym.

Ross took to Instagram to explain why boxers, including those practicing behind him, use heavy breathing methods.

Rozay explains in the video: “They make those noises just to put fear in the opponent's heart.” The rapper continued by saying: “All that breathing shit, they want you to think they punching so fast. That ain't that. That's a n***a making noise with his mouth and if you fall for it, that's you. I'mma eat it,”

Rick Ross has already demonstrated his boxing abilities. The rapper puts a few punches in with his trainer at Allmighty Athletic in a video shared to his Instagram Story back in December.

Allmighty Athletics published a video of another training session with the boss in October 2021.

The MMG mogul even managed a punch on his trainer, resulting in a bloodied lip.

Rick Ross explains: “It should be somewhere in the back of your mind: ‘I want to swell the eye up or swell his lip up. Because he should want me because that's why I pay him for him to teach me how to swell a lip up or an eye up. So your boxing trainer should be cool with you swelling his lip up.”

Rick Ross has an official day in his hometown named “The Biggest Boss Day.”

On Sunday, March 13, 2022, Rick Ross was named “The Biggest Boss Day” by the city of Miami Gardens after his performance at Jazz in the Gardens.

Rozay has openly acknowledged his Miami background from his early days in the hip-hop scene. Despite appearances all around the world, it's surprising that he's never performed at one of Miami's most prestigious venues, Jazz in the Gardens, until now.

“I go hard every time I go, but this time will be special because I'm home,” Ross said. “First time at Jazz in the Gardens. I'm going to make sure it's historic. That's the only way I know,” he continued. “This generation you have your own little Coachella, right here in the city. I just wanna watch the lineup, watch the crowd, watch everybody that's from here and not from here coming together to be here, right in my neighborhood.”

Ross grew up in the Carol City section of Miami Gardens. The rapper graduated from Miami Carol City High School, where he was a standout offensive lineman who was named to the All-Dade first team in 1993. Rozay subsequently went on a football scholarship to Albany State University before returning to Miami to pursue a career in music.

Rozay owns “several companies” in Miami Gardens, including Checkers on 27th Avenue and 183rd Street, which the rapper used to attend after football games in high school.

According to Ross, the concept of the community has never truly evolved, despite the fact that the neighborhood has witnessed greater growth since those days.
