In SPIN or BIN, Dilemaradio listeners get the chance to give their opinion on the latest tracks. This time it was 'HIL - IMPOSTERS (FEAT. JRIP)''s turn. Unfortunately, the listeners have put this one in the bin. 🚮
HiL’s out of Austin with “Imposters,” and this one’s built for repeat plays.
The hook lands hard from the jump, sliding into a pop-leaning chorus that sticks with you after one listen. He’s talking mirrors and reflections, calling out the fakes chasing likes while he stays locked in on his own lane. Jrip adds another layer without ever crowding the beat. HiL’s been in the game since he was 16 on a hand-me-down MIDI piano, and you can hear that range now, hip hop roots blended with a mainstream pop shine.
