The Young Money Reunion Tour was a huge success, and fans were treated to an epic performance by everyone involved. Nicki Minaj, Lil Wayne, and Drake took the stage to perform some of their most memorable hits.

The tour kicked off last Saturday (Aug 6) at Budweiser Stage in Toronto—Drake’s hometown—with a massive crowd waiting hours to get in.

When the doors opened and people started pouring into the venue, a screen appeared on stage with the message: “Unfortunately, Lil Wayne had issues at the border. Luckily, Drake runs the border.”

The show started late, but Lil Wayne made sure the audience did not mind by performing dance moves that had everyone up on their feet. He showed the crowd his signature dance moves and performed some of his most iconic tracks.

The Barbz went wild when Nicki Minaj, the queen of rap, took the stage next and performed a few of her most memorable tracks. At last, Drake took the stage as well to perform his biggest tracks and some of the songs of his new album “Honestly, Nevermind.”

During the show, Drake had some words of praise for his fellow performers—but he saved his highest praise for Lil Wayne, whom he crowned the greatest rapper of all time: “It’s an incredible night to celebrate you. I would do anything for you. I’d lay anybody down for you. I love you. I will go to the end of the earth for this man. You changed my f** life and you changed the city forever. he said, pointing at Lil Wayne. He continued saying: “You are king, the most selfless man on planet earth.”

Queen Nicki Minaj also receives her flower from Drake. The OV leader said: “Are these b** serious? Nobody can f** with Nicki. The originator starts here.”

Lil Wayne made the night more exciting when he announced his new album, Tha Carter VI: “I’m working on Tha Carter VI, coming soon”: he said while dropping the mic.

The concert continued with hip-hop pioneer Birdman, then there was the moment everyone had been waiting for. Drake, Lil Wayne, and Nicki Minaj were all on stage together—the crowd went crazy!

Drake’s latest festival is another example of the rapper’s continued success.

The three-day October World Weekend is designed to celebrate Drake’s OVO Fest, which celebrates its tenth anniversary this year, as well as provide a platform for future world tours.
