KANYE WEST BUYS A $4.5 MILLION HOUSE RIGHT NEXT TO KIM KARDASHIAN

Following his divorce from Kim Kardashian, Kanye West is doing everything he can to stay in touch with his ex-wife and children.

Kanye West has purchased some new real estate.

West got on the horn for a surprise announcement to the local crowd last month while delivering Thanksgiving meals to the L.A. Mission. — saying he planned to “get his family back together” and rekindle a relationship with estranged wife Kim Kardashian. The fashion tycoon added that if he couldn’t live “in the house” with his family, he would buy “the home right next door” to Kardashian.

Kanye is said to have just closed on a $4.5 million home in Los Angeles’ Hidden Hills, which is direct across the street from his estranged wife Kim Kardashian’s home, and even paid more than the asking price to secure it.

Despite the fact that he already owns a $57.3 million Malibu mansion around 30 minutes (by car) from Kardashian’s sprawling Hidden Hills estate, and that she hasn’t wavered in her desire for a divorce, West wishes to be closer at hand. As a result, he’s spent another $4.5 million on a modest Hidden Hills mansion located immediately across the street from the ex-Kimye compound. The 44-year-old will presumably be able to keep a close check on Kardashian’s activities from here.

Kanye West paid an extra $421,000 for the 3,600 square foot property in Hidden Hills, California, which spans slightly over an acre of ground. The house, which has four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a kitchen that was remodeled in 2005, was built in 1955 and had only been owned by one non-famous family. There’s also a modest guest studio and horse stables connected to the garage.

Kanye West revealed in November that he wanted to reunite with Kim Kardashian and be as close to his four children as possible.

“The narrative that God wants is for you to see that everything can be redeemed, and all these relationships — we’ve made mistakes, I’ve made mistakes, I’ve publicly done things that were not acceptable as a husband,” he stated. “But right now, today, for whatever reason,  I’m here to change that narrative.”

“I’m not letting E! write the narrative on my family. I’m not letting Hulu write the narrative on my family. I’m not letting Disney write the narrative on my family. I am the priest of my home. I have to be next to my children as much as possible, so when I’m out of the house, I got a house right next to the house. I’m doing everything to be right next to the situation.”

He continued, “I’m trying to express this in the sanest way possible, the calmest way possible, but I need to be back at home.”

On Saturday, December 25, as Kim Kardashian and her new boyfriend Pete Davidson were exiting a movie theater, a heckler yelled, “Yo Kim, Kanye’s way better.”He then had the foresight to include “I’m not going to hold you.”

Since her appearance on Saturday Night Live in October, Kardashian and Davidson have been sighted together several times. Despite this, Kanye has made it clear that he wants to reconcile with his separated wife.
