NBA YoungBoy released from jail

On Friday, October 22, 2021, U.S. District Judge Shelly Dick granted the rapper NBA Youngboy bail.
Earlier this year, NBA Youngboy was engaged in a brawl behind bars. To shut down the request to get released on bond the prosecutors had been using this incident to keep the rapper incarcerated.

On Friday Judge Shelly Dick watched the video of the prison fight, she didn't think the fight was that serious. She didn't think it has anything to do with the rapper's bond and so she ruled to give NBA Youngboy 24-hour house arrest while he awaits trial in his federal weapon case.

Before the Baton Rouge rapper gets released he has to post a bond of $1.5 million with collateral or $500,000 cash into a trust account of his attorneys.

NBA Youngboy's house arrest takes place in Utah. The young rapper plans to build a recording studio in his new house.
